Return / Refund Policy

At The VividSphere, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. We stand behind the quality of our premium peel-and-stick wallpapers and decals. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth process should you need to return an item.


1. General Policy

Due to the customized and personal nature of our adhesive wall décor, all sales are typically final. However, we will accept returns and issue refunds or replacements under the following specific conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g., misprint, poor adhesion, material flaw) or is damaged during shipping, we will gladly provide a replacement or full refund.

  • Incorrect Item Shipped: If we mistakenly ship the wrong design or product, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send the correct item or issue a full refund.

  • Unopened & Unused Items: We may accept returns for unopened, original-condition rolls within 14 days of delivery for store credit, subject to approval and a restocking fee. Please contact us first.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened, used, cut, or partially applied wallpaper rolls.

  • Custom-cut or made-to-order items.

  • Items purchased during a final sale or promotional event (clearly marked as "Final Sale").


2. Return Process & Timeframe

Step 1: Request Authorization
You must contact our Customer Service team at tenghuo_tk@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization (RA). Please include your order number, photos of the issue (for defective/damaged items), and a brief explanation.

Step 2: Approval & Instructions
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions for where to ship the return.

Step 3: Ship the Return
Ship the unused or defective item(s) back to the provided address (typically our US operational center) within 7 days of receiving the RA number. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Step 4: Inspection & Resolution
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will notify you via email about the status of your refund or replacement.


3. Refund Details

  • Timing: Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method (via PayPal) within 7-10 business days.

  • Deductions: For returns of non-defective, unopened items, a 20% restocking fee will apply, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Shipping Costs: We will cover return shipping costs for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. For other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges & Replacements

We are happy to exchange an item for the same product in a different design, subject to availability. The return policy terms and timeframes apply. Please contact us to initiate an exchange.

For defective items, we will ship a replacement as soon as the return is authorized, often without waiting to receive the original item back, to minimize your wait time.


5. Missing or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at tenghuo_tk@outlook.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with our shipping partner to resolve the issue promptly and send a replacement or issue a refund.
