At The VividSphere, we are dedicated to getting your creative decor to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Our streamlined logistics are designed for your convenience.


1. Shipping & Processing Time

Processing Time:
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major US holidays) after payment confirmation.

Shipping Time:
Once shipped, your order will typically be delivered within 5-7 business days via standard ground shipping.

Total Delivery Timeline:
You can expect to receive your order within 6-10 business days from the date of purchase.

Please Note:

  • Business days are Monday through Friday.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.


2. Shipping Locations & Fees

  • United States (Contiguous 48 States):
    We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over $35 USD.
    For orders under $35, a flat shipping rate of $5.99 applies.

  • Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and International:
    We currently only ship to the contiguous 48 United States. We are unable to accept orders with shipping addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international destinations at this time.


3. Where Do We Ship From?

To ensure fast delivery and avoid long international waits, all orders are fulfilled and shipped from our strategically located warehouse within the continental United States.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.

Can't find your tracking email?
Please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at tenghuo_tk@outlook.com with your order number for assistance.


5. Shipping Address & Order Changes

Accuracy is Critical:
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Need to Change Your Address?
If you need to correct your shipping address, you must notify us immediately at tenghuo_tk@outlook.com. We can only modify the address if your order has not yet been processed for shipping. Once a package is shipped, we cannot reroute it.

We cannot make changes to the items in an order once it has been placed. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.


6. Undeliverable Packages & Delays

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or not being picked up from a carrier location), we will contact you. Reshipping will be at the customer's expense.

Occasional delays by the shipping carrier are possible and beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding during such events.
